THE DIFFERENT METHODS OF PURCHASE

  1° DIRECT ORDER

You can buy directly on the website from your computer, tablet and phone.

Here's how to proceed:

• choice of article: choose SIZE and choose FABRIC or COLOR (for the availability of fabric or color refer to the squares, the colors of the squares are always available)
• click ADD TO CART
• when you are done, view the cart by clicking on the CART at the top right
• click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT

REGISTRATION:

• If you are already registered, enter your access data and click LOG IN (if you have forgotten your password, click on RETRIEVE PASSWORD, you will receive it via email)
• if you are not registered, choose the type of registration and follow the steps

1 - BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS

• if you ship to your billing address, select: SHIP TO THIS ADDRESS
• if you ship to another address, select: SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS

2 - SELECT THE TYPE OF SHIPMENT

EUROPE

• Standard shipping: 3/6 working days *
• Fast shipping: 2/3 working days *

ITALY

• Standard shipping: 2/4 working days *

3 - SELECT A PAYMENT METHOD

• Credit cards: VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, POSTEPAY, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AURA, CIRRUS
• Paypal: use your credit card through the paypal circuit; you do not need to have a Paypal account
• Bank transfer (to be made within 3 working days): you will receive the data to make the transfer via Order Confirmation email

Those who wish to pay by bank transfer are requested to indicate the order number.

Click: CONFIRM AND PROCEED TO PAYMENT

Payment by BANK TRANSFER must be made within 3 days from the order. Communicate the payment via email or SMS whatssapp (it is not necessary to send a copy of the payment).

The package will be shipped only after confirmation of payment.

If you do not make the payment by the established date, you will receive an e-mail notice and, subsequently, in the absence of a reply, the order will be canceled to make the items available to other buyers.

The telephone order is available only if you speak ITALIAN. Orders by e-mail or text message can be placed in the original language. Here's how to proceed:

• Provide: item name, size (where present), quantity, color code;

Provide the following personal data:

• Name and surname,
• Buyer's full address,
• Phone,
• E-mail,
• Shipping address if different from the buyer's address
• name and surname, e-mail and telephone number of the recipient if different from the purchaser

Choice of payment method for this type of order:

The payments available for this type of purchase are:

• Wire transfer

The data and the amount of your purchase will be available within 24 hours and will be sent to the indicated email or by text message if you do not have an email address. Payment must be made within three days of receipt of the purchase data. Payment must be communicated via e-mail or sms. The package will be shipped only after confirmation of payment.

At checkout, please indicate your order number.

All prices include VAT (Europe sales under the OSS regime)

All shipments are made within 3 working days, after receipt of payment.

* The shipment is traceable, via a link sent directly by the chosen courier. Any courier delays are not attributable to LAMAMITA and cannot be a reason for complaint.

* Since the shipment is traceable, any delays or problems regarding delivery must be reported immediately to info@lamamita.it. For problems concerning delivery, if they are not reported by the end of the day (date entered by the courier), LAMAMITA declines all responsibility.
