How to exchange Christmas Gifts
Christmas Gifts: times for exchanges
On the occasion of CHRISTMAS (purchases made in December) we offer special conditions for making exchanges, considering your purchase as a Christmas Gift:
Exchange request
You can request an exchange by December 27th, communicating it via email:
- You can write directly to info@lamamita.it
- You can fill out the form below.
Remember to indicate the name of the item, the size, the colour. We invite you to check the availability of the item you want. Once your request is received, you will be contacted shortly.
Shipping of the product to be exchanged
Must be made within 3 days of communicating the request.
What can be exchanged:
- Size
- Colour
- Item
Rules for exchanges
- Refund requests are not accepted.
- The new product chosen must have a value equal to or greater than the original amount spent.
- If the new product has a lower value, a voucher for the difference will be issued, valid for one year.
- The shipping costs for the return and exchange are paid by the customer.
We invite you to verify that the product to be returned is in perfect condition, unused and with all the original labels.
