1 ° How can I exchange merchandise?
The sales contract comes into effect after 7 days from receipt of the package. This is what to do if you want to change the color or size of the item you purchased.
You have 7 days from the receipt of the package to communicate by email that you want to make a change.*
Write an email to info@lamamita.it with the data below:
- name of the item you want to change
- name, size and color code of the item you want (check availability online)
- within 3 days of communication, send the package to:

You will receive an email with instructions to pay for the new shipment and any price differences for the products. You can change the size, color and type of item. All return and resend shipping costs are at your own expense.
2° How can I make a return and get a refund?*
Within 7 days of receipt, you can make a return and request a refund by following the steps listed below.
Item Return
Write an email to info@lamamita.it communicating that you want to return the item (in case of purchase of more items, the return can also be partial):
- name of the item you want to return
Within a maximum period of 3 days from the communication, send the package to:

If you have made the deferred payment, provide your details to receive a bank transfer. If you paid by credit card, the card used will be reimbursed directly. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. The return costs are at your own expense.
Once the return is received, the items will be checked, items that are used or that are not in perfect condition will not be refunded.
No refunds will be made if the shipment is not made within the established deadlines. In this case, a purchase voucher will be issued to be spent no later than the end of the current year.
The return will be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the return.
Since our articles are all of artisan origin, claims for small imperfections due to the use of vintage fabrics and manual processing will not be accepted.
Each item is subject to a check before being sent. LAMAMITA, wishes to inform customers that out of ecological respect, the bags opened by quality control will be reused.
* Changes: no changes are made for communications received after the contract expiration date
* Returns: no refunds will be made for return communications received after the expiration date of the contract. In case of late communication, you will receive a voucher for the same amount (excluding shipping costs) to spend between the communicated date.
* For purchases with a shipping request on a date other than that specified in the contract, it is possible to request a refund within 15 days from the date of the order. After 15 days from the order date there will be no refund, only an exchange or the issue of a shopping voucher.
