METHODS OF PURCHASE

Home Delivery
Shipping of products is available throughout the European Community (UE) with the GLS service:
- It takes from 2 to 7 days to deliver the items
- The sending price is calculated with a percentage (variable from nation to nation) on the total price of the acquired items
- The shipping cost is displayed at specific page
Order Tracking
Once the order has been sent, you will receive an email from GLS containing a link for tracking your package.
It is possible that your parcel can be left in storage in a parcel-shop, near to your home, so you can retire it
We will also give you the telephone number of the courier so that you can contact them if there is a delay or disruption in the delivery of the goods.

- Call the branch nearest to your location (cost varies depending on your telephone contract)
Payment
You can to pay when you order, with credit card ( Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Paypal ) or you can to pay bank transfer inside three days of the order. The payment it must include the sending price.
- The goods will be sent only after the confirmation of the payment.
- The stated prices do not include VAT.IN.NR (Article 41 du.331 / 93).
- At the time of registration it is mandatory to enter the VAT number.
- The invoice, as per law, will be electronic
- The purchase contract expires 3 days after receipt of the article, after which it is no longer possible to return the goods.
Goods Return
Every item is checked because they are handmade, but there can be little failings which cannot be attributed to the firm and cannot be reason to claim.
If for other reasons the items you have chosen does not suit your request, for to be refund, it is possible to give the whole consignment back within three days of receipt in order ( Notify immediately by e-mail )*
- The items must to be in perfect condition and inside the original packaging.
- The amount of the invoice will be refunded, after the product has been received and checked.
- We do not accept returns of individual items
- The shipping and return costs will not be refunded.
- We cannot refund the items given back not in perfect condition.
*After three days, it will not be possible to return the order.
