General terms and conditions for LaMamita gift cards
1. Gift cards can be redeemed at LaMamita.co.uk. Details can be found at lamamita.co.uk/giftvouchers.
2. Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase and require a minimum purchase value equal to or greater than the amount of the voucher. The expiry date is visible on the voucher itself. In case of loss / damage there are no refunds of any kind.
3. Activation of the gift voucher:

4. Gift vouchers cannot be used for previous orders and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
5. If you wish to return merchandise purchased with a gift voucher of equal or greater value, you will receive a discount code to be used no later than the expiry date of the voucher.
6. The return or exchange of goods purchased with gift vouchers will be possible within 10 days of purchase. The returned items will be checked before exchanging or sending the discount code. If the items do not pass the inspection, neither the exchange nor the discount code will be sent.
7. You will always receive the gift voucher in PDF format by email. If you wish, indicating the recipient's email address, the voucher will also be sent to him, again in PDF format.
